Volunteer Project Intake

The Warren Center Rock Stars Program is tailored to increase support, raise public awareness, and build community partnerships. To further the mission of The Warren Center, we encourage TWC staff to take part in cultivating and retaining volunteers to increase public knowledge of who we are and what we do as an organization. At The Warren Center, we believe that great volunteer experiences lead to donor relationships. Therefore, we expect all volunteers to be treated with first class hospitality and appreciation.

While we aim to provide as many volunteers as possible for the agency, volunteer recruitment will vary depending upon volunteer availability, public interest, and social calendars. We will do our very best to sort volunteers according the volunteer’s personality and prioritize projects based on The Warren Center’s strategic plan.

Please fill out this project request and submit it to the Development Department. Complete the entire form, where applicable, before submitting.

For Volunteer Sign Ups, please visit the TWC Volunteer Webpage to submit a volunteer application.

NOTE: Before filling out a volunteer request form, please make sure your project or role has been approved by your department supervisor or team lead. All volunteer requests should be submitted at least one month prior to the event or date of the volunteer need. This schedule will provide us with the time to both recruit and provide orientation to all incoming volunteers.

Staff members responsible for supervising the volunteer must be sure to record volunteer work hours. Volunteer hours must be submitted to the Volunteer Coordinator by the first day of the corresponding month of service. If you have any questions on how to record hours, please contact Allison Hall.
Please direct questions to Allison Hall at x1109 or allison.hall@thewarrencenter.org
This form will take less than 10 minutes to complete.

What happens next?

We will call to confirm the project request, to ask any questions, and to determine the optimal schedule to complete your project.

If necessary, we will set-up an initial meeting to discuss the scope of the project, to discern the most successful messaging to achieve your communications goals and to agree upon tasks and deadlines.
