Case Management Services

The Warren Center’s therapists and Early Intervention Specialists help families connect with the services, resources, and support they need to promote their child’s development.

They also assist families when it is time to transition to special education or other programs as children as they leave Early childhood Intervention at age 3. ECI offers personalized case management to support the whole family as they navigate their child’s growth and development.
