Spring Breakfast with The Warren Center: A Morning Focused on Impact and What’s Ahead
A New Way to Gather as a Community
This spring marks an exciting first for The Warren Center as we host our inaugural Spring Breakfast. Created as a new way to bring our community together, this morning will focus on the children and families we serve, the progress they have made, and the shared commitment that makes that progress possible.
On April 16, 2026, families, supporters, and community leaders will gather in Richardson, Texas to celebrate milestones, hear meaningful stories, and see what can happen when a community invests in early support.
Voices That Reflect Impact and Community
This year’s program will feature voices that speak to both the heart of our mission and the lasting impact of community support.
Guests will experience a pre-recorded message from Abbey Romeo and her mother, Christine Romeo, from Netflix’s Love on the Spectrum. Abbey has inspired audiences around the world through her openness, warmth, and advocacy. Her message brings a thoughtful and heartfelt moment to the morning and reflects values shared across our community, including inclusion, understanding, and believing in every individual’s potential.
The program will also feature alumni family member Emily Taylor, who will share her family’s journey with The Warren Center. Her story offers a personal look at the importance of early intervention and the lasting role a supportive community can play in a family’s life. Through Emily’s experience, attendees will see how early support and connection can leave a meaningful and lasting impact.
Looking Ahead Through a New Planned Giving Society
As the Breakfast looks toward the future, the program will also include the introduction of a brand-new planned giving society. This new initiative is designed for supporters who want to deepen their commitment and help ensure children and families continue receiving early support for generations to come.
Emily Taylor will lead this moment during the program, sharing the meaning behind the new giving society and why it represents an important next chapter for The Warren Center and the community that surrounds it. This announcement will be a deeply meaningful part of the morning and will be shared for the first time with those in attendance.
Why This Morning Matters
The inaugural Spring Breakfast is more than a new community event. It is an opportunity for our community to come together around shared purpose, hear real stories, and better understand how collective support helps children and families reach important milestones.
By attending, you are helping establish a new tradition rooted in community, connection, and hope.
We are grateful to this year’s Event Chairs, Becky Horne and Emily Taylor, whose leadership and dedication are helping bring this meaningful morning to life.
A Community Invitation
