The Warren Center Approved as a TEFA Vendor for Therapy Services
The Warren Center is excited to share that we are now an approved vendor for TEFA (Texas Education Freedom Accounts), a program that may help some families access therapy services for their children.
Texas Education Freedom Accounts are designed to give families more flexibility when it comes to supporting their child’s educational and developmental needs. Through this program, eligible families can receive funds that may be used toward certain services, including therapy.
As an approved TEFA vendor, The Warren Center can now provide therapy services through the program for families who qualify.
Who May Qualify
The TEFA program is intended for children who are not enrolled in public school full-time and whose insurance does not cover the therapy services they need. Families must also qualify for and receive a TEFA account through the state in order to use funds for services.
Because eligibility is determined through the TEFA program itself, families will need to apply and be approved before using the funds.
Supporting Families in New Ways
For many families, access to therapy services can be an important part of helping their child grow, build skills, and reach developmental milestones. Programs like TEFA can help open additional pathways for families who may not otherwise have coverage for these services.
At The Warren Center, our team is committed to making therapy accessible and supporting children through individualized care that focuses on each child’s unique needs.
Becoming a TEFA vendor is one more way we can continue to expand opportunities for families seeking support.
