Volunteer for operation Santa

Every child deserves to experience the magic of the holidays!

Each December, The Warren Center transforms into Santa’s workshop, bringing gifts, smiles, and holiday joy to hundreds of children and families we serve. With the help of our amazing volunteers and community partners, we create a special holiday experience where families can celebrate together.

Want to help spread the magic? You can make a difference by volunteering or purchasing a toy from our Amazon Wish List! Every gift helps us bring a little more joy to a child this holiday season.
